It is strongly recommended that all club level ratings within WMR be conducted by an examiner from this list.  These are instructors and examiners who have maintained a current understanding of the Standards of Proficiency of the United States Pony Clubs by attending a Standards and Ratings clinic within the past three years and/or pursuing a C-3 or UL examiner status.   

It is imperative for the success of its members that a club only hires examiners who are intimately familiar with the Standards.
